What goes through your mind when you realize your health is changing and you need to get control? When your doctor shares the details of your results; what do you do, what do you say?

Do you make a decision to make a change or do you just brush it off and hope it gets better? The same ole' same ole' just won't do. You either make a change or you simply expect no to live as long as you could unless you decide to be disciplined. It may sound harsh, but it's real!

You tell yourself . . . You've exercised in the past, it worked. You were once disciplined. What Happened? Where did you go? Why did you even stop?

No more excuses, no exceptions. This will be a new beginning . . . greater expectations!

Encourage yourself . . . Say to yourself . . . "I only have so many years alloted, and I cannot afford to waste any time not taking care of myself. I can't help others if I can't help myself, and I can't help others if I'm not here to help them."
